Title:  Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed-term contract 12 months)

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer acceptance

• Act as a trusted partner for Hiring Managers across EMEA region

• Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates for a wide range of roles

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring high quality and timely execution

• Advise stakeholders on market conditions, talent availability, and recruitment strategies

• Maintain accurate recruitment data in SuccessFactors

• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards, processes, and SLAs

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with in-house TA experience in an international organization. 

• Fluent English is a must, German, French, Portuguese and/or Spanish are a strong advantage

• Solid experience recruiting in the EMEA market, especially Switzerland, Germany, and the UK

• Experience hiring profiles in professional services and/or procurement environments is a strong plus

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Well-organized, resilient, and able to manage a high workload

• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership
