Title:  Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Role Purpose

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end hiring activities across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire high-quality talent. You will play a critical role in supporting our expansion plans by delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment services while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 15-20 concurrent vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessment activities.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Provide recruitment market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain recruitment activities and reporting within SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Support recruitment innovation initiatives, including the use of AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting consulting, professional services, procurement, or similar specialist profiles is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume workload of 15-20 requisitions.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools is considered an advantage.
