Role Purpose

As Expert – Supplier Risk & Regulatory Advisory, you will support global clients design, implement and continuously improve supplier risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks across their value chains.

Acting as a trusted advisor to procurement, sustainability, legal, cybersecurity and third-party risk teams, you will translate complex business and regulatory requirements into practical actions, governance models, and improvement initiatives. You will lead advisory engagements, facilitate client workshops, and develop actionable roadmaps that help clients manage supplier risks and navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Engagement

• Advise clients on supplier risk, due diligence, and responsible sourcing strategies.
• Support procurement transformations with integrated risk and compliance capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with procurement, sustainability, legal, cybersecurity and third-party risk teams.

Supplier Risk Services

• Enhance supplier risk methodologies, processes for supplier risk managed services.
• Drive standardization, automation, and scalability of existing services.
• Develop supplier monitoring , reports, dashboards, and management insights to support decision-making.
• Mentor delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled risk monitoring.

Regulatory & Market Intelligence

• Monitor emerging regulations and industry developments impacting supply chains.
• Translate requirements into practical controls, governance models, action plans, and client guidance materials.
• Develop regulatory insights, reports, methodologies, and knowledge assets that support client engagements and the continuous evolution of Chain IQ's advisory services.

Business Development Support

• Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements.
• Support proposals and onboarding of new clients.

Your Profile

You are a pragmatic, solution-oriented professional with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a positive can-do mindset, and the ability to translate complex supplier risk and regulatory challenges into practical business outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, risk advisory, procurement, supply chain, regulatory compliance, or related fields.
• Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams in complex environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical and actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing reports, assessments, presentations, training materials, or knowledge assets.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred

• Experience in supplier risk management, due diligence, responsible sourcing, sustainability, or ESG.
• Strong understanding of emerging regulations impacting supply chains and procurement.
• Familiarity with reporting, analytics, automation, digital workflows, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
