The Role

We’re looking for a Sourcing Marketing Senior Expert to lead client projects and deliver real, measurable value in the marketing category.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Provide category and business expertise and consulting to clients
• Own sourcing initiatives across marketing services
• Lead supplier negotiations and secure impactful deals
• Analyze costs, benchmark pricing, and manage tenders (RfX)
• Collaborate with clients, vendors & internal teams
• Contribute to global strategies and local execution

Requirements:

• Background in media, creative, or marketing services - agency-side or client-side
• 10 years’ experience in or managing spend across categories like:
  - Media buying & planning
  - Creative & content production
  - Digital, MarTech & performance marketing
  - Events, sponsorships & activations
• Strong grasp of supplier dynamics, scopes of work, and rate structures
• Confident leading pitches, tenders (RfX) and navigating complex procurement processes
• Skilled in client/stakeholder communication - you get agency and marketing culture
• Fluent in English & German (French is a bonus)
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, commercial mindset
• Experience with tools like SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or similar e-sourcing platforms is a plus
