Role Purpose

Our Sourcing team in Geneva is looking for motivated professionals with early experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, eager to grow in a dynamic, high‑impact environment. We support clients across diverse categories—including IT, software, hardware, and infrastructure—by delivering sourcing solutions that create real value.

We are looking for curious, committed individuals who combine business understanding, client focus, analytical skills, and an interest in technology. Strong negotiation skills are a plus, but above all, you bring a willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to high‑value projects.

A solid interest in IT and technology is essential—you don’t need to be a technical expert, but you should understand how technology influences business and procurement decisions. We operate in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where drive, teamwork, and initiative are key.

Professional fluency in English is required, along with fluent French or German. Mastery of all three languages is a major advantage.

Responsibilities 

• Contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives, ranging from routine renewals to more complex procurement projects.
• Support stakeholder engagement and help manage relationships with internal and external partners.
• Prepare and execute tenders, analyze supplier proposals, and participate in negotiations.
• Understand internal client needs and help develop value‑driven sourcing solutions.
• Assist in contract negotiations alongside senior team members.
• Contribute to the design of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Help manage supplier relationships and performance follow‑up.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and professional project delivery.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an asset (Business, Procurement, Law, Technology, or related fields).
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, or a similar domain.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and ability to manage complex topics with appropriate guidance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure recommendations and engage with various stakeholders.
• Strong interest in IT, technology, and digital trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented, with a strong appetite for learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional fluency in English + German or French. Knowledge of all three is a strong advantage.
