Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.



We are currently seeking an Expert to join the Sourcing IT Outsourcing & Offshoring. The Expert needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within Sourcing IT Outsourcing & Offshoring.

The individual will have experience in working with the main suppliers in globally of Outsourcing & Offshoring.


Main responsibilities will include:

  • Consult and support Business Partners on all matters relating to the Sourcing of IT O&O Services.
  • Establish and maintain a close relationship with internal and external Business Partners as well as vendors. Manage a challenging, broad role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment for multiple client accounts
  • Negotiate and finalise Master Service Agreements and associated Supply Orders.
  • Manage vendor management templates, policies and procedures. Ensure vendor compliance with client’s documented policies and procedures
  • Provide Key stakeholder support in sourcing lifecycle including driving sourcing, RFI, RFP, evaluation, drafting, contracting, on-boarding, negotiations, supplier management etc.
  • Work (as applicable) with business, strategic sourcing, procurement, legal and security teams on RF(x) processes, technical vendor evaluations, security assessments, and other projects as required.
  • Work with business client, project coordinators, commercial approval board (CAB), and legal teams to ensure contracts have appropriate terms and conditions, service level agreements, key performance indicators, etc.
  • Along with business client, plan to ensure contract renewals are planned and executed in advance of contract expiry.
  • Regular engagement / meetings with vendor account managers including the facilitation of regular conversations between the business unit, including the vendor relationship manager and the supplier as required. The same applies for interaction with other ITO team members including arranging Supplier presentations to the ITO team covering updates to their offerings



  • 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Sourcing
  • Proven successful negotiation of several Master Service Agreements and Supply Orders including legal background on IT Services contracting
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management and managing complex vendor/client relationships including proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professionalism in communications with all levels of client stakeholders.
  • Verbal and written English language skills (all contracts are in English)
  • Proven ability to lead and drive complex deals.
  • Ability to draft, read and interpret legal documents such as contracts, terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements.
  • Ability to establish workflows, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines.
  • Knowledge of and ability to drive Sourcing process including the development of requests for, issuance of request, receiving and evaluation of RFI and RFP
  • Demonstrated Vendor/Supplier management capabilities
