Strategischer Einkäufer Facility Services (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Übernahme einer strategischen und vielseitigen Rolle in einem dynamischen, sich stetig wandelnden und stark wachsenden Umfeld.
• Leitung komplexer Projekte im Zusammenhang mit Ausschreibungen, Vertragsverhandlungen und Projektmanagement im Bereich Facility Management (CAPEX und OPEX).
• Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Bündelungspotenzialen im Einklang mit Leistungs- und Kostensenkungszielen.
• Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Benchmarks zur fundierten Beratung der Netzwerkpartner in kategorienbezogenen Fragestellungen.
• Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Schnittstellenpartnern.
• Umsetzung, Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unternehmensweiter Standards im Bereich Facility Services.
• Überwachung des Lieferantenmanagements und Sicherstellung der strategischen Zielausrichtung.
• Erstellung detaillierter Ausgaben- und Marktanalysen mit relevanten Bewertungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams zur Gewährleistung einer global konsistenten Einkaufspraxis.

Ihr Profil

• Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf (CAPEX und OPEX) und Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Facility Services und Gebäudetechnik, oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
• Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaft.
• 5–7 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Einkauf von Facility Services mit Verantwortung für eine Einkaufskategorie.
• Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für den Einkauf und starkes Engagement für kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Integrated Facility Management‑Modellen (IFM) inklusive externer Dienstleister und SLA‑basierter Leistungsmodelle.
• Proaktive, anpassungsfähige und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit exzellenten Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Fähigkeit zur Interaktion mit hochrangigen Ansprechpartnern, insbesondere im Senior Management.
• Kreativer Geist und Fähigkeit, innovative Lösungen in einem sich wandelnden Umfeld zu entwickeln.
• Gute Kenntnisse in E-Sourcing-Tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) sind von Vorteil.

Strategic Buyer Facility Services (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Taking on a strategic and multifaceted role in a dynamic, constantly changing and rapidly growing environment.
• Management of complex projects related to tenders, contract negotiations and project management in the field of facility management (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Identification of optimization and bundling potentials in line with performance and cost reduction targets.
• Implementation of market analyses and benchmarks for sound advice to network partners on category-related issues.
• Establish and maintain resilient relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as interface partners.
• Implementing, developing and improving company-wide standards in the field of facility services.
• Oversee supplier management and ensure strategic alignment.
• Preparation of detailed spend and market analyses with relevant evaluations.

Your profile

• At least 10 years of professional experience in purchasing (CAPEX and OPEX) and project management, ideally in the field of facility services and building technology, or equivalent training.
• University or technical college degree majoring in engineering or economics.
• 5-7 years of experience in the international procurement of facility services with responsibility for a purchasing category.
• Strong passion for procurement and strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in the management and further development of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) models including external service providers and SLA-based performance models.
• Proactive, adaptable and customer-oriented personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with high-level contacts, especially in senior management.
• Creative spirit and ability to develop innovative solutions in a changing environment.
• Good knowledge of e-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in project management.
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Very good written and spoken English and German; Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Confident handling of MS Office.

Acheteur Stratégique Facility Services (H/F)

Vos responsabilités

• Définir et piloter de manière autonome une stratégie globale pour les services généraux (Facility Services), en intégrant les spécificités des marchés régionaux, les directives internes et les attentes des clients.
• Assumer un rôle stratégique et polyvalent au sein d’un environnement dynamique, en constante évolution et en forte croissance.
• Diriger des projets complexes liés aux appels d’offres, aux négociations contractuelles et à la gestion de projets dans le domaine du Facility Management (CAPEX et OPEX).
• Identifier les leviers d’optimisation et de mutualisation des services, en ligne avec les objectifs de performance et de réduction des coûts.

• Produire des analyses détaillées des dépenses et du marché, accompagnées d’évaluations pertinentes.

Votre profil

• Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 10 ans dans les achats (CAPEX et OPEX) et la gestion de projets, idéalement dans les services généraux et l’infrastructure des bâtiments, ou formation équivalente.
• Diplôme universitaire ou technique avec une spécialisation en ingénierie ou en économie.
• Minimum 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans les achats de services généraux dans un contexte international, avec responsabilité sur une catégorie d’achats.
• Passion affirmée pour les achats et fort engagement dans l’amélioration continue.
• Personnalité proactive, adaptable et orientée client, avec d’excellentes aptitudes en négociation et en communication.
• Capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau, notamment au sein du senior management.
• Esprit créatif et capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes dans un environnement en mouvement.
• Maîtrise des outils d’e-sourcing (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) fortement appréciée.
