About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sourcing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your sourcing expertise, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset to deliver outstanding results. You will work closely with detail-oriented clients, navigating strict processes and utilizing advanced tools to ensure compliance, efficiency, and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sourcing-related activities.
• Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements thoroughly, offering tailored sourcing solutions that align with their goals and priorities.
• Process Adherence: Navigate and adhere to rigorous sourcing processes, ensuring all activities meet compliance standards and utilize the provided tools effectively.
• Strategic Sourcing: Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier engagement, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with broader business objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a proactive, "can-do" approach to overcoming challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and updates to provide transparency and insights into sourcing activities and results.
   

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in sourcing, procurement, or a consulting role with a focus on client engagement and process-driven environments.
• Languages: Ability to switch seamlessly between German and English in written and verbal communication.
• Mindset: A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a "can-do" approach to challenges.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills with the ability to connect with clients, build trust, and manage relationships effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Comfortable working with detail-oriented clients and maintaining high levels of accuracy in all deliverables.
• Process Adherence: Proven ability to follow strict processes and utilize advanced sourcing tools efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and present it clearly.
• Tools & Technology: Proficient in sourcing platforms, eProcurement tools, and data analysis software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, Procurement, Legal or a related field.
