Our team is looking for an HR Operations Specialist – Consultant to support our rapidly growing employee population across multiple locations. In this role, you will manage a wide range of HR administrative processes and ensure a smooth, professional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.


Your Responsibilities

  • Support global HR processes, including onboarding, payroll preparation, absence tracking, employee data management, and offboarding.
  • Prepare all employment-related documentation for new hires, including vetting and client-required documentation.
  • Prepare all documents and actions related to offboarding employees.
  • Manage and prepare monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely collaboration with external payroll providers.
  • Maintain employee records with a high level of data accuracy and produce HR reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, particularly for Switzerland and Germany.
  • Support benefit-related processes and coordinate between employees, benefit providers, and payroll.
  • Continuously review and improve HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to various ongoing and future HR Operations projects.
  • Collaborate closely with and support the local HR Business Partner.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Solid experience in HR Operations and payroll processes in Switzerland is required.
  • Experience supporting HR Operations in Germany is a strong asset.
  • Bilingual in English and German.
  • Broad understanding of HR disciplines including administration, payroll, employee relations, culture & diversity, and relevant employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ADP is an advantage.
