Responsibilities: 

• You will be responsible for initiating and leading client project implementation independently, where you will be expected to contribute both deep subject matter expertise and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive the implementation process. 

• You establish a robust implementation program for our clients and develop tools and support material for implementation. You leverage digitalization and establish rigorous governance. 

• You assess sustainability performance focus areas, monitor, and provide ad hoc support on sustainability related items. You provide holistic support and cross-functional guidance.  

• You support the Head of ESG in leading the group's sustainability strategy to foster implementation of targets. You undertake projects or initiatives to improve and achieve ambitions and targets on sustainability. 

• You represent ESG internally and externally and provide sustainability expertise for relevant sourcing activities. 

• You work closely with our international team based in Romania, India, and Switzerland in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. 

• You make a significant contribution in the field of sustainability by facilitating the compliance of environmental and social practices.  

Qualifications: 

• This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in project management, deep subject matter expertise in sustainability and a passion for driving positive change. 

• Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, or business degree with further education in sustainability. 

• 5+ years of work experience in sustainability, procurement, quality, process management experience, an auditing role with corporate risk, procurement, quality, process management experience or similar. 

• Ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams. 

• Confident and credible communicator who displays both technical knowledge and commercial understanding. 

• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as senior and executive management. 

• Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

• Strong project management skills, and eager to create new solutions and advance novel approaches. 

• Structured, diligent, reliable, and independent approach to work. 

• Strong analytical skills, proficient user knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Team player with high social competence. 

• Experience in internal and external stakeholder management. 

• Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
