Your responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide long-term key client engagements

• Lead the development of comprehensive project charters, including governance frameworks, and act as the primary decision-maker

• Chair and facilitate steering committee meetings and core project team reviews, delivering high-level presentations to senior stakeholders

• Act as first point of contact for clients’ top and senior management

• Utilize data to generate insights for continuous improvement internally as well as for our clients

• Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that teams are adequately staffed and equipped to meet project demands.

• Address and resolve conflicts that arise between stakeholders, teams, or vendors, ensuring that the project remains on track.

• Prepare and conduct steering committee /core project teams reviews including presentations

• Develop, maintain and keep associated client documentation while maintaining proper filing and track-record (audit trail)

• Support risk and communication management at project level

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or supply chain management, (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, consulting (Big 4 or Boutique), business development or strategic account management

• Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement process in large organizations 

• Highly skilled in analytics, performance management and reporting - comfortable working with large data sets 

• Ability to work in cross functional environment and proactive stakeholder management (external & internal)

• Prior experience in client facing roles and relationship management (C-Level, Senior Management)

• Experience with large, multinational organizations

• Excellent written and verbal communication (English fluent, German fluent)

• Hands-on, problem-solver attitude
