Title:  Head CEO Office Region EMEA

The Head CEO Office Region EMEA is the right-hand person to our CEO Region EMEA, working closely with leadership to execute our strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. In addition to being organized, analytical and a proactive problem solver, the Head CEO Office Region EMEA is a strategic thinker and a masterful communicator to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the EMEA organization.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Serving as an advisor to the CEO Region EMEA, helping to shape organizational priorities, and driving key initiatives forward
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among clients, leadership, departments, and teams
  • Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines
  • Partner closely with the CEO Region EMEA to manage the rhythm of the business, field readiness index, surveys, talent reviews, region wide communications, and executive office support
  • Anticipating challenges and proactively identifying solutions to address them, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability
  • Monitoring information flow; sometimes acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO Region EMEA’s involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment
  • Partner with the CEO Region EMEA on staff, management and board meetings by managing agenda, presentation content, and logistics including location planning
  • Meeting preparation and follow-up; reviewing upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the CEO Region EMEA has all of the information needed to be as productive as possible and sending out agendas or documents to meeting attendees as necessary
  • Managing the meeting cadence for the management team, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved
  • Drafting and reviewing internal and external communications, trainings, newsletters, reports, pitch decks, speeches or presentations for the CEO Region EMEA
  • Monitoring business-, budget- and financial goals, objectives and strategies together with the CEO Region EMEA and the management team incl. support in defining those goals and objectives
  • Analyzing data and synthesizing insights to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements
  • Creating systems and processes to streamline regional operations
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
  • Acting as the sounding board to the CEO Region EMEA for new ideas and initiatives
  • Create/enhance team culture within and across teams and pro-actively participate as a member of the regional management team
  • Exercise sound judgement, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in communicating information and working with all levels of employees
  • Build and maintain high quality business relationships with executives, business partners, and other administrative staff
  • Creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success

 

Your profile:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Strong administrative skill profile exhibiting high attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, professionalism, creative problem solving and decision making, time management abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Proven track record of accountability, reliability and a can-do attitude
  • Commitment to diplomacy and sound judgment
  • Good composure under pressure, and the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and maintain highly confidential and financially impactful information
  • Minimum 5+ years demonstrated work experience supporting senior management and senior level staff
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Strong project management / reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
