We are currently seeking Procurement Professional to join our Indirect Sourcing Team for IT category. We are looking for a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within IT indirect category sourcing willing to share energy and passion with our team members and customers.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and execute tactical sourcing projects in line with agreed timelines, process, compliance and quality.
· Develop key client stakeholder matrix and maintain regular engagement with stakeholders and key suppliers.
· Evaluate and select service providers based on rigorous criteria for quality, reliability and innovation.
· Manage RFX (e.g. Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation) process, including project management, development of RFx, negotiations and award process.
· Deliver savings target as assigned to the category with proper tracking and reporting of savings achievements.
· Drafting contracts based on standard terms and conditions.
· Leverage expertise to influence and refine procurement processes, drive efficiency and effectiveness in service engagements.
· Ensure a high level of ethics in supplier and/or client engagements.
Qualifications:
· University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management and proven track of at least 7 years of experience in the sourcing area
· Proven capability of running tenders, including all aspects of the tender process
· Hands on approach for deal execution, manage deals end to end on their own with minimal oversight.
· Competent in negotiations with a strong ability to converse, negotiate with suppliers/clients
· Contract review in English, drafting and creation of various agreements, including NDAs, Master Agreements, Statements of Work, etc,
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to positively influence people to make the appropriate decisions for the client(s) and resolve conflicts effectively.
· Fluent in spoken and written English
