Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to business needs and service requirements.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with legal experts and internal stakeholders to optimize service offerings and align with corporate goals.
• Apply expertise to improve efficiency and effectiveness in service engagements.
• Evaluate and select service providers based on quality, reliability, and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, with proven background in contract negotiations.
• Fluent in English (German or French is an advantage).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in contract review and drafting (NDAs, Master Agreements, Statements of Work).
• Proactive, curious mindset with a hands-on approach.
