Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.



We are currently seeking an Expert to join the Personnel Services Team. The Sourcing Personnel Services Expert needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within Personnel Services.

The individual will have experience in working with the main suppliers in globally of Personnel Services.


Main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily activities within the procurement process, serving as the primary interface with business owners and supplier representatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
  • Execute tactical sourcing projects – low, medium and high complexity - using the client and internal systems and complying with client’s policies and procedures
  • Lead, prepare and execute the RF(x) processes and e-auctions, creating and managing sourcing events in e-sourcing tool
  • Support analysis of proposals and producing recommendations
  • Sourcing of indirect spend category (HR) globally
  • Conduct market tenders and managing the evaluation across cross-functional teams to determine selected suppliers
  • Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes
  • Drafting contracts based on the client standard terms and conditions and negotiating the contractual clauses to ensure compliance with the client's requirements
  • Performing spend analysis to proactively identify savings opportunities
  • Forecasting and reporting savings
  • Identify ways to improve related business-as-usual processes
  • Day-to-day operational process management and support of relevant operational and P2P processes to ensure accurate and timely ordering and receipt of goods and services
  • Ensuring the functional KPI's, SLA's and other performance objectives are met



  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor’s degree)
  • Good understanding of Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying processes and best practices
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in indirect procurement and 3+ years in specific category of HR in an international (corporate) environment. Experience in other indirect categories (Real Estate, Marketing, Professional Services) would be a plus
  • Specific know-how in Sourcing of Personnel Services. Understanding of typical risks and contractual mitigation/management of such projects.
  • Problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organizational levels
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good problem-solving, relationship management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
  • Hands-on approach and proactiveness
  • High attention to details
  • Experience in working with market leading sourcing tools/systems
  • Excellent English (native, C1 or equivalent) written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good German (B2 or equivalent) written and verbal communication skills
