We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Technology Sourcing, fluent in French and English, to lead global sourcing initiatives across Technology categories and IT Services.

In this role, you will manage complex deals, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver strategic commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, from strategy development to contract signature, across global Technology categories.
• Run market tenders (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and manage supplier evaluation processes with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms, including leading e‑auctions and competitive bidding rounds.
• Structure deals to meet business, technical, and commercial requirements while ensuring compliance.
• Draft, review, and refine contracts using standard templates with limited need for legal support.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor across multiple markets, including French-speaking regions.
• Drive delivery and savings outcomes, managing multiple concurrent projects to tight deadlines while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory) for stakeholder and supplier-facing engagements.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, ideally within Technology categories.
• Proven ability to lead complex tenders independently, including developing sourcing strategies and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong negotiation skills with confidence managing high-value or multi-country commercial discussions.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, interpreting risk, pricing models, and service terms.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
