We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our Indirect Sourcing Team, focusing on IT categories. This role is ideal for a dynamic, client-focused individual with a strong background in IT procurement and a passion for delivering value through strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute sourcing projects for IT services and solutions, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans and build strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Manage the full RFx process (RFP, RFQ), including project management, negotiations, and award decisions.
• Deliver assigned savings targets with accurate tracking and reporting.
• Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions.
• Apply expertise to refine procurement processes and drive efficiency.
• Ensure ethical standards in all supplier and client engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sourcing, with strong exposure to IT categories.
• Demonstrated ability to run tenders end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex deals.
• Experience in contract review and drafting (NDAs, Master Agreements, Statements of Work).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
