Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic, highly client-focused individuals willing to share energy and passion with our team members and customers. 

Successful person will be responsible for leading sourcing teams of 8-12 buyers delivering procurement services covering the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle across global markets within IT category, the individual will be responsible for

• Leading IT sourcing team of procurement professionals providing guidance, support, sourcing expertise and acting as escalation point for the customer 
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and key suppliers.
• Understanding business requirements and leading team to meet those requirements

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor’s degree).
• English is a must (German / Italian / Franch is nice to have)
• At least 5 years of experience in leading procurement teams and/or sourcing across IT categories and capability of running tenders.
• Hands on approach for people support, process improvements and customer care.
• Client/stakeholder focus within the corporate environment with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experienced negotiator and excellent communication skills
• Professional team player, motivated and highly flexible
