Sourcing Corporate Services Team Leader

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver value-add Professional Services sourcing services to our clients, in a structured, professional, and consistent manner. The scope of the role relates to leading team of Corporate Services sourcers (Consulting, HR, Legal, Marketing & FM/ Real Estate) managing the indirect spend of our clients.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic, highly client-focused individuals willing to share energy and passion with our team members and customers.

Successful person will be responsible for leading sourcing teams of 10-12 sourcers delivering sourcing services covering the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle across global markets, the individual will be responsible for:

• Lead and mentor the Professional Services sourcing team, providing guidance, support, and expertise while acting as an escalation point for customer concerns.
• Develop the team’s expertise in the Corporate Services category and foster professional growth to enhance performance.
• Ensure the achievement of targets, including savings, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction, while taking ownership of team results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and key suppliers to align supplier performance with business goals.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor’s degree).
• English is a must, German / French is nice to have.
• Proven track record of leading sourcing teams or managing sourcing within specific categories.
• Hands on approach for people support, process improvements and customer care.
• Corporate environment experience, with a client/stakeholder focus and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in developing training programs and nurturing professional growth among sourcing team members.
• Experienced negotiator and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive approach to people support, process improvement, and customer care.
• Professional team player, motivated and highly flexible.
