Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of contract specialists, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for the contract management department, aligning with overall company goals.
    • Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
    • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet departmental objectives.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the contract management team and other departments.
    • Act as a liaison between the team and senior management, providing regular updates on contract-related activities and performance.
    • Oversee the compliance of all contracts with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts, ensuring the protection of the company's interests.
    • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting contract management and ensure the team is informed of any changes.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline contract management activities.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting the adoption of new tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Background in law or para-legal work, preferably with experience in a corporate, legal, or BPO environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or a related field (a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting contract management.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
