Executive Summary

 We are seeking a Strategic  Expert to lead the Sourcing Excellence function in Poland, reporting to Global Sourcing Excellence leadership. This role requires a proven professional to execute transformational sourcing strategies, drive organizational excellence through advanced analytics, process innovation, and AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Partner with the Global Head of Sourcing Excellence to advise on critical business decisions, organizational transformation, and market positioning. Lead comprehensive data analytics to generate actionable insights for executive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Regional Sourcing Excellence Leadership: Conduct strategic assessments of sourcing capabilities, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities. Architect next-generation sourcing processes that align with global best practices and regional market dynamics.
• Technology & Process Innovation: Lead the integration of advanced AI technologies to revolutionize sourcing and procurement efficiency. Establish ROI frameworks and performance metrics to validate technology investments and process improvements.
• Organizational Development & Change Leadership: Collaborate with Senior Leadership across Supply Chain, Procurement, and Regional Operations to address strategic sourcing challenges. Design and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 8+ years in senior project management roles with expertise in analytics, process optimization, and technology implementation + solid procurement knowledge
• Skills: Proven expertise in AI-driven solutions and prompt engineering for sourcing and procurement. Strong analytical capabilities to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. Exceptional written and verbal communication in Business English is required, with French or German proficiency being highly valued.
• Competencies: Demonstrated ability to influence and lead at senior management levels. Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across supply chain, procurement, and operations.
