Introduction: Join our dynamic procurement team in the vibrant city of Hamburg! We are seeking a passionate and analytically driven Strategic Sourcer, Fleet Manager or Industry Expert to enhance our procurement processes in the Fleet management category. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with deep expertise in fleet management, whether through roles such as fleet sourcer, fleet manager, or commercial roles within fleet management providers or OEMs. If you are open-minded, curious, and committed to leveraging the latest technologies, including e-mobility, innovative pricing models, and digital fleet solutions, we invite you to apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for fleet management, focusing on cost-efficiency, sustainability, and technological integration.
• Analyze market trends and technological advancements in the automotive industry, particularly e-mobility and digital fleet management solutions.
• Engage with new and existing suppliers globally to negotiate contracts that align with our technological, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness goals.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure fleet operations are aligned with the latest industry standards and innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to customize fleet solutions that meet diverse industry needs.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with our standards and goals for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the fleet management industry, either in a sourcing, management, or commercial role with a fleet management provider or OEM.
• Deep understanding of the fleet and automotive industry, including latest trends in e-mobility, pricing models, and digital solutions.
• Proven ability to oversee large datasets and use advanced analytics or AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms that align with both cost and sustainability objectives.
• Curiosity and a keen interest in exploring new technologies and solutions in fleet management.
• Comfortable working in a global setup, with a keen understanding of various international markets, particularly in Europe.
