It is an exciting time at Chain IQ. Our team in Singapore is seeking a results‑oriented Tactical Sourcing Consultant for Facility Management (FM) and Real Estate. This role is designed for a procurement professional who brings strong analytical capability together with operational excellence. While based in Singapore, you may be required to support client sites across the region to lead on‑the‑ground initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery. 

Role Purpose 

As a Tactical Sourcing Consultant, you act as the link between strategic category objectives and day‑to‑day execution. You focus on the expert delivery of sourcing requests within the Facilities and Real Estate categories, including integrated facility services, repairs, and workplace transformation projects. You provide commercial advisory support to local stakeholders, ensuring every purchase and contract negotiation aligns with global best practices while addressing the specific needs of the Singapore and wider Southeast Asia market. 

What You Will Do: 

Sourcing Advisory and Execution 
Lead end‑to‑end tactical sourcing activities including local RFQs, competitive bidding, and complex spot buys for facility management services. 

Contractual Consulting 
Draft and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) and local contracts to ensure strong commercial safeguards and full regulatory compliance within Singapore. 

On‑Site Project Leadership 
Visit client sites to conduct assessments, audit service delivery, and support supplier transitions where local presence is required. 

Supplier Optimisation 
Identify, qualify, and onboard high‑quality suppliers while working closely with them to drive performance improvements against agreed KPIs. 

Value Creation 
Identify immediate cost‑saving opportunities and process efficiencies within day‑to‑day sourcing workflows to deliver measurable outcomes. 

Stakeholder Engagement 
Act as a trusted consultant to facility managers and site leads, addressing sourcing bottlenecks and urgent operational needs with professionalism and speed. 

Digital Excellence 
Ensure all sourcing activities are accurately managed within digital procurement systems for full transparency, governance, and audit readiness. 

What You Bring: 

Experience 

4 to 6 years of experience in tactical sourcing, procurement consulting, or operational purchasing, ideally with a focus on Facilities Management or Real Estate. 

Education 
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Consultative Selling and Negotiation 
Strong capability in negotiating commercial terms and articulating procurement value to both internal stakeholders and service providers. 

Mobility 
Based in Singapore with the flexibility to visit client sites within the region when required. 

Analytical Agility 
Ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. 

Compliance Knowledge 
A strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape, procurement compliance expectations, and contractual frameworks. 

Language 
Fluency in English is essential. Additional regional languages will be an advantage.
