The primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic, structured, and consistent sourcing support to clients, driving value, efficiency, and innovation in Real Estate & Services. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise and mindset in consulting company across professional services sourcing.This individual will work globally  closely with stakeholders and business partners to align sourcing initiatives with organizational priorities, ensure compliance, and optimize vendor relationships, all while contributing to the broader evolution of our sourcing framework.

Main Responsibilities:Execute Strategic Sourcing Initiatives Across Multiple Clients: Manage end-to-end sourcing engagements across Real Estate, Facilities Management, MRO, Construction, and Logistics services - from opportunity identification to contract execution, tailored to each client’s unique needs.Deliver Cost Optimization & Value Creation: Identify and implement sustainable cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation opportunities through advanced negotiation strategies and supplier collaboration.Develop Strategic Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key global and regional suppliers; monitor market trends, innovations, and competitive landscapes across APAC markets.Manage Complex Procurement Processes: Lead RFP/RFQ processes using digital tools, evaluate proposals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal sourcing outcomes.Contract Development & Negotiation: Draft and negotiate commercial agreements aligned with client templates, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance standards.Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with global Chain IQ teams to harmonize sourcing approaches, share best practices, and ensure consistency across geographies and client portfolios.Performance Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting on sourcing performance, including savings tracking, ROI analysis, and vendor performance metrics using Chain IQ and client platforms.

Requirements: 7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing and procurement within Real Estate and related services, with expertise in categories such as Facilities, MRO, Construction, and Logistics.Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and deliver measurable cost savings across multiple client environments.Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently.Demonstrated success in supplier relationship management and category strategy development.Experience with leading-edge sourcing technologies (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Ivalua) preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and time zones.Strong organizational skills to manage multi-client priorities under tight deadlines.Bachelor’s Degree required (Supply Chain, Business, or related field). Advanced certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus
