Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.

• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

• Support offer negotiations and onboarding coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.

• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company hiring policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.

• Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment across different functions.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and local Chinese job boards.

Language Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)

• Professional working proficiency in English
