Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers across China, Singapore, and APAC
• Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates across a wide range of roles
• Conduct and coordinate interviews, ensuring speed and quality
• Advise stakeholders on market insights, recruitment trends, and sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate data and pipelines in our ATS
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and SLAs
• Contribute to employer branding and regional TA initiatives

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition across China and Singapore
• Fluent Mandarin and English
• Strong exposure to multi‑market recruitment in APAC
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across countries
• Strong sourcing, market‑mapping, and assessment skills
• Well‑organized, resilient, and able to manage high volumes
• Hands‑on, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
