Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional, and consistent manner.

We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services Sourcing team, based in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end sourcing experience across professional services categories, particularly in management consulting, insurance, benefits, ground transport, and other HR services—with a strong understanding of Brazilian local practices. and a strong understanding of Brazilian market practices, supplier dynamics, and commercial contracting. Candidates with experience navigating Brazil's legal and procurement landscape are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing engagements in categories such as consulting, insurance, legal, translation, HR, and ground transport.
• Manage RFPs/RFIs and supplier evaluations, and drive contract negotiations for optimal commercial outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Shape deals based on complex business requirements and data analysis.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including master agreements and statements of work.
• Track and report on sourcing project status, savings, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with Chain IQ sourcing tools, processes, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with global sourcing colleagues to ensure seamless execution and best practice sharing.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; supply chain or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Professional Services, with a focus on the Brazilian market.
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting experience with limited legal support across services like consulting, insurance, benefits, HR, etc.
• Experience working with major suppliers in Brazil and across the Americas.
• Client-oriented mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Brazilian regulatory environment, labor laws, and supplier practices in Professional Services sourcing
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sourcing systems (SAP Ariba is a plus).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of managing high-volume projects with competing priorities.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
