Responsibilities:

As a Solutions Engineering Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions and process optimization within an Integration team. The role focuses on solution engineering, combining workflow orchestration, secure integration, standardization and apply DevSecOps principles to build scalable and efficient integration systems. You will contribute to the organization’s modernization journey by developing config-driven solutions that align with Zero Trust security principles and responsible practices.

Key responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Delivery

• Design and develop secure, scalable, and modular solutions that enable automation and process optimization.
• Build and maintain config-driven systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) to test new technologies and validate implementation approaches.
• Ensure all designs comply with Zero Trust principles, secure identity management, and data protection standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building end-to-end integration solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Champions engineering excellence by defining best practices, standard frameworks, and governance models aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.

1. Governance, Security & Collaboration

• Partner with business, data, platform and client teams to translate requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
• Produce and maintain solution documentation, including technical designs and operational procedures.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise security and governance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, RBAC).
• Take full ownership of deployment strategy and execution, ensuring standardized review practices, automated template-driven releases, and reliable pipeline operations across environments.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with:

• 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, integration, system architecture, and enterprise system delivery.
• Proven ability to identify and develop integration requirements by analysing business processes and needs.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Drive a design-led development approach, emphasizing upfront solution architecture, technical design documentation, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Hands-on experience with Azure integration stack (Function App, Logic App, APIM, Service Bus, etc.) for secure and connected systems.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL and with experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and secure design principles for identity, access, and data protection.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps, Github practices for solution deployment and maintenance.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Bicep for automated and repeatable environment provisioning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across business, architecture, and platform teams.
• Demonstrated history of upskilling and adapting to new technology trends (e.g., certifications, personal projects, or contributions in nascent technology areas).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certified for Azure integration, DevSecOps and/or IaC.
