The primary purpose of this role is to deliver value-add IT sourcing services to our clients, in a structured, professional, and consistent manner. The scope of the role relates to leading team of IT Sourcing Professionals managing the indirect IT spend of our clients, including software, hardware, network, telco, XaaS and public and private cloud.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic, highly client-focused individuals willing to share energy and passion with our team members and customers.

Successful person will be responsible for leading sourcing teams of 8-12 sourcers delivering sourcing services covering the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle across global markets, the individual will be responsible for:

• Leading an IT sourcing team of sourcing professionals providing guidance, support, sourcing expertise and acting as escalation point for the customer.
• Professionally developing the IT sourcing team to ensure they have a firm understanding of the IT commodity. Developing both junior and top talent and setting them up for success is a must for a successful candidate.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and key suppliers.
• Understanding business requirements and leading team to meet those requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or technical degree related to IT or equivalent (bachelor’s degree).
• English is a must, German / Italian / French is nice to have.
• Proven experience in leading sourcing teams and/or sourcing across specific categories and capability of running tenders.
• Hands on approach for people support, process improvements and customer care.
• Client/stakeholder focus within the corporate environment with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in developing training programs and professionally developing sourcing professionals.
• Experienced negotiator and excellent communication skills.
• Professional team player, motivated and highly flexible.
