To further strengthen our global team, we are seeking a personality to join us in Pune as an ESG Supply Chain Management who will work with an international and motivated team in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and who will take the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the field of sustainability.

Operational:

• Assess suppliers' sustainability performance in the area of environmental and social aspects
• Define suppliers' improvement measures and drive implementation process
• Establish reports on behalf of ESG
• Support further development of the sustainble sourcing scheme
• Collaborate with our teams based in three different continents
• Represent ESG internally and externally and provide sustainability expertise for relevant sourcing activities

• Higher education in social or environmental science or business, preferably with specialization in ESG, Sustainable Management or related field

• 3-5 years working experience in development of sustainable value chains or in sustainability analysis
• Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 20400 and GRI standard

• Ability to contribute effectively and multi task in a fast moving environment
• Strong analytical skills, excellent user knowledge in excel/access. SAP ARIBA is a plus.
• Structured, diligent, reliable and independent approach to work
• Experience in internal and external stakeholder management
• Team player with high social competence
• Excellent oral and written command of English. Additional languages will be an asset
