Title: Product Manager - AI & Automation Services
PT
At Chain IQ, your ideas move fast.
Chain IQ is a global AI-driven Procurement Service Partner, headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, with operations across main centers and 16 offices worldwide. We provide tailored, end-to-end procurement solutions that enable transformation, drive scalability, and deliver substantial reductions in our clients' indirect spend. Our culture is built on innovation, entrepreneurship, ownership, and impact. Here, your voice matters - bold thinking is encouraged, and action follows ambition.
We are rebuilding procurement technology into a modern, automation-driven platform. This role defines what gets built, why it matters, and how value is delivered over time. You work at the intersection of complex domain logic, workflow automation, and emerging agent capabilities.
This is not a feature-delivery role. You are responsible for framing problems, shaping product direction, and ensuring that engineering effort translates into real outcomes for users and clients.
Our products serve internal professional services teams and external client users. The challenge is deciding where automation creates leverage, where human judgment must remain, and how to evolve the platform without introducing unnecessary complexity.

-
Partner with engineering to translate intent into feasible, scalable solutions
-
Sequence delivery across dependencies in platform, data, security and AI layers

-
Experience managing products in complex B2B, B2C or platform environments
-
Strong problem-framing and prioritization skills
-
Ability to reason about automation, trade-offs and system behavior
-
Comfort working closely with engineering and architecture teams
-
Clear communication and structured thinking
-
Experience operating in environments where requirements evolve quickly
How we approach product
Product management here is about clarity and judgment, not volume of output. Our principles are:
-
Start with the problem, not the feature
-
Automate where it creates leverage, not complexity
-
Make trade-offs explicit and intentional
-
Design for evolution, not one-off solutions
-
Measure outcomes, not activity
-
Respect both user experience and system constraints
Why this role matters
As the platform introduces more automation and intelligent workflows, decisions about what to build and how to apply it become critical. Users rely on the system to make informed, defensible decisions, and clients trust us with their sensitive operations. This role ensures the product evolves in a way that delivers real value while remaining usable, reliable, and trustworthy.
