Sourcing Associate Consultant to provide effective sourcing services covering local and regional locations primarily for service industry client (indirect categories).

Tasks and Responsibilities:                   

Sourcing Consultant will report to Head of Sourcing – Manager and will have the following main responsibilities:                     

• Managing the daily activities within the procurement process, serving as the primary interface with business owners and supplier representatives
• Execute sourcing projects using the client and the internal systems and complying with client’s policies and procedures
• Client facing role which requires a candidate with customer centric mindset in understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling customer needs and expectations at every stage of the sourcing process
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Drafting contracts based on the client’s standard terms and conditions
• Negotiating contractual terms with vendors with support from the Contract Manager, if needed and based on the client’s terms and conditions
• Supporting and run RFx, eAuction; creating and managing events in e-sourcing tool
• Adhering to the client’s corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in the delivery of sourcing initiatives
• Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met
• Proactively looking for optimization opportunities  
• Strong preference for background in sourcing experiences in mainly in Engineering background, working with manufacturing clients and understanding clear functioning of plant operations and requirements.

Profile required:

• Hands-on approach and proactiveness
• Minimum 05-07 years of experience in related sourcing categories
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop positive relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Excellent analytical skills and mindset demonstrating problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
• Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices
• Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organizational levels
• A delivery-focused sourcer and a team player who is comfortable creating their own profile and credibility
• Experience in intermediate Excel (Medium to Advance), eSourcing tools  such as SAP ARIBA and any other proprietary sourcing tools,
