Title:  Service Delivery Support - Consultant

1.    Contract review:
a)    review of the data entered in Ariba against the signed contracts with our client’s suppliers.
b)    internal and external system data entry and administration (e.g. 3rd party supplier contract database)
c)    ad-hoc, ‘on demand’ and project-based analysis, research, insight provision, logistical and other support for our client’s sales, business development, support procurement, sourcing and category management teams and executives.  Examples include supplier background checking/profiling, procurement market research, internal and external documentation preparation and revision, e.g. client proposals and process manuals.

2.    Ensuring functional KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and other performance objectives are met

3.    Supporting the Head of Enabling Services and the Service Delivery Support Team Lead to challenge onshore functions to ensure optimal use of Bucharest-based Service Delivery Support processes, systems and capabilities
