Title: Quality Assurance - Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Provides support to the Head of Quality Assurance Team and/or direct manager in order to ensure that staff in Chain IQ locations make optimal use of reporting, analysis and internal control systems;
• Ensures the provision of services on request and support for recurring projects;
• Acts as a point of escalation and solution of internal and external customer requests, depending on need;
• Helps to maintain an efficient internal control framework for all departments in the CIQ group but also for all its clients;
• Respects the policies and procedures related to the quality assurance activity
• Ensures that performance objectives are met: KPI - performance indicators, SLA and other objectives that may occur;
• It is oriented towards continuous improvement / automation / optimization and analysis of existing processes, providing guidance for those with whom it collaborates / counterparts;
