Role Summary

The Procurement & Sourcing Data Analyst is responsible for supporting procurement operations through data analysis, reporting, and Power BI dashboard development. The role focuses on transforming procurement and supplier data into actionable insights to drive cost optimization, sourcer performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze procurement and sourcing data to identify spend patterns, cost-saving opportunities, and sourcer performance trends; support sourcing initiatives and monitor key KPIs (spend, savings, supplier performance, cycle time)
Extract, consolidate, and manage data from ERP systems and sourcing tools; ensure data quality through cleansing, validation, and standardization; maintain data models for reporting
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports; build DAX measures and optimized data models
Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and root cause investigation; provide actionable insights for cost reduction and process improvement
Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
Automate reporting and data refresh processes; continuously improve reporting efficiency and enhance dashboards based on feedback
Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with procurement standards; support audit readiness and risk monitoring

Technical Skills

Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards, version control)
SQL and data transformation tools (Power Query/ETL)
Experience with Agiloft, Coupa, SDLC preferred
