We are seeking a dynamic IT Application Management professional who thrives in a multifaceted role to support the transition and ongoing operations of our AI driven digital procurement platform. As a part of our dynamic Digital Operations team, you will play a key role in enhancing platform capabilities. This role encompasses application administration and testing, with a strong focus on maintaining system availability, ensuring application quality and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, adaptable, and customer-focused, with expertise in API-driven integrations, testing, support, low-code/no-code platforms and database technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the portfolio of procurement applications supporting Chain IQ’s Source to Pay (S2P) business services, including design concepts, configurations, and functionality.
- Provide support for the portfolio of applications and integrations, including administration, configurations, low-code development, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain system health and stability.
- Perform QA testing with a focus on Functional, Regression, and Usability Testing for applications, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance. Assist in developing high-quality conversational AI solutions, validating their effectiveness and usability.
- Oversee change, release, testing, and capacity management to ensure smooth platform updates and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and process owners to ensure effective service delivery, management, and enhancement aligned with business needs.
- Work closely with business and process owners to develop strategic plans for platform changes, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and manage service delivery expectations efficiently.
- Implement best practices for quality assurance, performance monitoring, and proactive issue resolution to improve service reliability.
- Apply analytical skills to optimize integrations, improve service quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop expertise in Generative AI to enhance service automation, improve chatbot functionalities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study with minimum 6 years of relevant experience delivering complex IT services to business and process owners.
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms for application administration, maintenance, deployment, and technical support, following best practices in web programming.
- Expertise in SQL data analysis, API-driven integrations, and problem investigation to support troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance, as well as validating integrations, documenting defects, and upholding testing standards.
- Strong understanding of IT-supported procurement processes and systems, covering Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), including e-Sourcing, supplier management, and data analytics for informed decision-making
- Interest in and aptitude for emerging technologies, including but not limited to AI-driven chatbots and conversational interfaces, with a focus on integrations, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a proactive, collaborative approach aligning to service levels and business expectations.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess information and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems, ServiceNow, and MS Azure-based applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management, Service Integration and Management (SIAM), and Agile Development practices is required.
- ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.
