Title: Head Service Delivery Support - Manager

• Supporting the Head of Enabling Services and challenge onshore functions to ensure optimal use of Bucharest-based Service Delivery Support processes, systems and capabilities.
• Accountability for team performance and service delivery, including:
• internal and external system data entry and administration (e.g. 3rd party suppler contract database)
• ad-hoc, ‘on demand’ and project-based analysis, research, insight provision, logistical and other support for our client’s sales, business development, support procurement, sourcing and category management teams and executives. Examples include supplier background checking/profiling, procurement market research, internal and external documentation preparation and revision, e.g. client proposals and process manuals.
• specialist reprographics (presentation) support
• Acting as a point of internal and external client escalation and resolution as required.
• Ensuring functional KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and other performance objectives are met
