Our Team is looking for an HR Business Partner to help support our rapidly growing employee base. As an HRBP, you will help employees and front-line managers with all things people related and to ensure all employees have an excellent employee experience.

 

 

Your main responsibilities and tasks:

  • You keep a close relationship with the local managers and team leads respective business units.
  • You lead/oversee all processes related to employee life cycle such as recruiting, onboarding and offboarding in your area of responsibility in close collaboration with the resp. managers
  • You keep an eye on trends and metrics in partnership with the Group HR to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • You consult and help resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • You maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. And partner with the legal department as needed/required.
  • You provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • You work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • You provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • You administer the life cycle of all employees, e.g. issue offer letters, contracts, update employee base in our HRMS.
  • You consult the business with their training needs or individual coaching needs.
  • You consult management in people assessments and assist with development plans.
  • You lead the annual benefits renewal process and administer all benefit related issues.
  • You prepare the data base for and coordinate the payroll execution in collaboration with the internal finance department and the external provider.
  • You take care of other related duties related to your area of responsibility.

Your education and experience:

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR.
