Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Expert to join the Group IT. The Business Analyst needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within Business analytics.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Work with business partners and clients to evaluate and gather business needs and propose solutions
• Perform discovery to assess procurement scope, identify key business challenges to be solved
• Gather, validate and document business requirements and create functional specifications for solutions

• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
• Present insights and solutions clearly and persuasively to business partners and clients
• Participate in workstream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of BI solutions 
• Provide guidance, training, and assistance to the core BI functions, as well as internal and external clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or related field or specialized training/certification
• Typically requires 10 + years of experience in business analytics.
• Extensive domain or industry experience in Procurement / Procurement BPO industry
• Customer focused with strong communication skills and ability to influence a wide range of different stakeholders and peers with sound, clear arguments
• Advanced user in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and with high flexibility
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
