Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives within the Logistics category across global markets
Manage complex logistics sourcing projects, including strategic tenders and contract negotiations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key logistics suppliers
Understand business requirements and translate them into structured sourcing solutions
Lead commercial negotiations to achieve optimal value and risk-balanced outcomes
Oversee logistics supplier selection processes with cross-functional teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics sourcing processes and best practices
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on logistics and supply chain sourcing topics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in procurement and sourcing within the Logistics category
Demonstrated capability to independently run logistics tenders and lead complex negotiations
Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Solid understanding of logistics contracts and commercial terms
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluency in English and French is mandatory
Professional team player with a hands-on, flexible, and delivery-focused mindset
