Title:  Senior Product Manager - AI Initiatives

We are building an AI-native procurement platform that transforms how procurement organisations operate through intelligent applications, automation, and autonomous agents. This role is responsible for defining, shaping, and delivering the strategic AI initiatives that create measurable business value across the platform. 

You will work across business stakeholders, engineering, product, data, and professional services to identify high-value opportunities, translate them into coherent product initiatives, and ensure they deliver meaningful outcomes. Rather than owning a single product, you will own a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives that span multiple products, platform capabilities, and business domains. 

This is a senior product leadership role requiring strong commercial thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to connect business strategy with product execution. 

Responsibilities 

• Identify, define, and prioritise strategic AI initiatives that support the organisation's product and business objectives.
• Develop business cases, product strategies, and delivery roadmaps for cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple products and platform capabilities.
• Work closely with business leaders, procurement specialists, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data, Security, UX, and Professional Services to define solutions that deliver measurable customer and business value.
• Translate complex procurement challenges into scalable digital products, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define initiative objectives, success metrics, adoption targets, and value realisation plans.
• Ensure initiatives align with the overall product strategy, platform roadmap, and enterprise architecture.
• Identify opportunities to standardise capabilities across initiatives, avoiding duplication and increasing platform reuse.
• Support engineering teams throughout delivery by refining requirements, validating outcomes, and incorporating user feedback into future iterations.
• Monitor initiative performance using operational metrics, customer feedback, adoption data, and business outcomes to continuously improve delivered capabilities.
• Champion an outcome-driven product culture focused on measurable customer value rather than feature delivery. 

Requirements 

• Experience managing complex enterprise software products or strategic digital transformation initiatives. 
• Understanding of product management, business process optimisation, and enterprise software delivery. 
• Demonstrated capability to translate business challenges into scalable product capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record working across engineering, product, business, and customer-facing teams. 
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in highly collaborative, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve rapidly. 
• Experience defining product success through measurable business outcomes rather than feature completion.
• Passion for applying AI and automation to solve complex enterprise problems.
