Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for software procurement, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality acquisitions.
• Manage Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new suppliers and cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to understand and meet their software requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
• Reporting and Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate procurement reporting and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial environment, with a focus on software contracts and technology, particularly in the cloud and software space.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and passion for digital and Gen AI solutions.
• Communication: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
• Global Mindset: Comfortable working in a global setup with clients in the US and other European countries.
