Role Purpose

Enabling Chain IQ’s strategic growth by supporting brand and client expansion

For support in Sales & Market Enablement, we are looking for a motivated student to support our Sales team in advancing our Brand Marketing & Commincations (BMC) plan and Go to Market (GTM) activities. These activities will directly support the development of high-quality sales opportunities and further support our 2030 Americas strategy. This role also drives an efficient & effective sales support process in collaboration with the global market enablement organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the regional BMC plan, to include Brand events, new product launches, thought leadership, social media, industry events and CSR
• Conduct network analysis within Chain IQ’s targeting framework that supports GTM activities and engagement of new prospect clients based upon Chain IQ’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Conduct Cold Outreach Prep: Research prospects, identify icebreakers (LinkedIn posts, news, etc.), and organize CRM data to support outreach   
• Design, build & tailor sales collateral in coordination with the global standards
• Ensure CRM data quality by updating entries and by actively engaging with the Sales and Client Engagement Managers to keep accounts, target lists and opportunities up-to-date
• Ensure CRM reporting readiness in preparation of global and regional sales meetings
• Provide project management support to the sales & market enablement team, including project reporting and ensuring deliverables for specific client challenges are met 

Requirements

• You are currently studying business administration, marketing, economics or a similar field of study
• Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced skills in MS Office including PowerPoint and equivalent creative solutions
• Direct experience being a member of a team
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary

Bonus points:

• Ability to leverage Gen AI to create sales sollateral, emails and other documents is highly vlaued 
• Previous experience in a sales & marketing or similar environment
• Experience with Power BI
• Financial services or supply chain experience
• A willingness to learn from and share knowledge with others
• A can-do mentality in combination with high responsiveness and the ability to take initiative

• Paid internship - $200 per day
