Role Purpose

As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the expansion of our business in Germany. This role will play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent across a variety of functions while partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers. We are specifically seeking someone with a strong understanding of the German talent market, local hiring practices, and candidate expectations, who can act as a trusted advisor to the business. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of independently managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for approximately 15-20 open requisitions simultaneously.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, recruitment strategies, and timelines.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks.
Drive recruitment activities for professional services, consulting, procurement, and corporate functions.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within SuccessFactors Recruiting.
Contribute to process improvements and support the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience recruiting consulting, professional services, procurement, or similar specialist profiles is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the German labor market, local hiring practices, and recruitment trends.
Proven ability to independently manage 15-20 requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and AI-powered recruitment tools is an advantage.
