From our Hamburg office near the Speicherstadt, you will work at the heart of this model – shaping how leading companies manage their global indirect spend.

Your Role

As Global Service Delivery Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for one of our major international client partnerships. You own the client’s indirect procurement ecosystem: operations, sourcing, governance, and value creation. This is a highly senior, high-impact role without a direct reporting line. You lead through influence, credibility, and partnership, working closely with executive stakeholders and our global category experts.

You will collaborate closely with specialists in:

• Logistics & Freight
• IT & Software
• Professional Services
• Facility Management

Together, you ensure that sourcing strategies, contracts, and operations deliver sustainable results.

What You Will Do

• Act as the senior partner for your client’s global procurement organization
• Oversee the full indirect spend landscape on behalf of the client
• Ensure high-quality sourcing, contracting, and operational delivery
• Coordinate global category experts and delivery teams
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
• Proactively manage risks, escalations, and complex situations
• Drive continuous improvement using digital and GenAI solutions
• Ensure transparency on savings, performance, and value creation
• Build and strengthen long-term client partnerships

In this role, you make outsourced procurement work – strategically and operationally.

What You Bring

• Strong background in indirect procurement, consulting, or managed services
• Experience working in complex, multinational environments
• Senior-level stakeholder management skills
• A strong service mindset and genuine client orientation
• Ability to lead without formal authority
• Structured, reliable, and resilient working style
• Interest in digital transformation and modern procurement tools
• Enjoyment of working with expert teams across geographies
• Fluent English is essential; German or French is a strong plus
