Title:  CloudOps Engineer

We are building a modern platform that blends workflow automation, data-driven insights, and AI-supported decision capabilities. This role shapes the operational backbone that makes all of it reliable, secure and fast. You will work on cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD automation, environment management, observability and runtime optimization in a live, high-complexity environment. 

This is a hands-on engineering role. You build systems that scale, fail gracefully, and recover automatically. You establish patterns that developers rely on every day. You will operate in a fast-moving environment where stability and agility must coexist. 

Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain cloud environments using infrastructure as code and reusable modules 

• Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated validation, safety controls and progressive rollout patterns 

• Implement observability across logs, metrics and traces, with actionable signal for teams 

• Define and maintain reliability standards including SLOs, error budgets and incident processes 

• Establish secure defaults for environments, services and deployments 

• Optimize runtime performance and cost through data-driven analysis 

• Remove manual operations by automating environment, deployment and maintenance workflows 

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data and security teams to ensure platform readiness 

What you will work with 

• Infrastructure as code eg Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, flux and policy-based automation 

• Multi-stage CI/CD pipelines with quality gates, deployment strategies and safe rollback 

• Distributed systems supporting streaming, lakehouse, graph and AI workloads 

• Observability platforms that unify telemetry, usage and runtime health 

• Security practices including image signing, zero-trust networking and secret management 

• Autoscaling, right-sizing, performance tuning and FinOps-aware workload design 

Requirements 

• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory

• Strong background in cloud-native operations, preferably in Azure 

• Experience building automated environments and pipelines at scale 

• Solid understanding of observability, telemetry and reliability engineering 

• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and guide teams toward resilient patterns 

• A mindset focused on automation, repeatability and operational simplicity 

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where infrastructure evolves quickly
