Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Transition Support & PMO team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can independently lead and coordinate complex client transition and transformation projects through to completion, in alignment with our internal project management methodology and framework.
The successful candidate will work primarily on client transition and transformation projects. This role requires project management knowledge, a service-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Business process analysis skills are considered a strong asset.
 
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
  • Lead and/or support transition and transformation projects from initiation through to successful delivery and operational handover.
  • Develop project strategies and approaches tailored to client onboarding and transformation requirements.
  • Involve and coordinate internal and external resources (including cross-functional teams across locations and third-party vendors).
Project Governance & Documentation
  • Generate, maintain, and update project documentation in accordance with internal methodologies.
  • Propose project governance structures and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise project status reports and presentations to internal stakeholders, management, and steering committees.
  • Support project communication planning, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholder groups.
  • Escalate issues and concerns proactively when needed.
Client and Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
  • Contribute to the development and management of strong internal and external relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Planning & Resource Management
  • Contribute to project planning, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collect and analyze information related to cost, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure that appropriate resources with the required skillsets are available to meet project needs.
  • Organize and monitor the work and performance of project team members, manage capacity, and support training needs.
Continuous Improvement & Support
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the project management and transition methodologies, tools, templates, and standards.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager and/or Transition & PMO Manager as needed, including with the preparation of materials, project deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the Head of Transition Support & PMO.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven knowledge of project management principles and practices (certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or equivalent are a plus).
  • Experience in client service or stakeholder-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Business process analysis experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (10–20% per year on average).
