Role Purpose
The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner. 

Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Consultant  to join the Tactical Sourcing Team, The Tactical Sourcer needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within Technology Services.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with Tactical Buying and Team Leads to ensure optimal use of Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying capabilities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client, and supplier stakeholders.
• Negotiate deals (of reduced size and complexity) to achieve optimal specifications, compliance, and contractual outcomes.
• Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions.
• Identify opportunities to drive improvements and contribute to their implementation.
• Adhere to corporate standards, including the use of defined sourcing tools and processes, in delivering sourcing initiatives according to client requirements.
• Ensure that functional KPIs, SLAs, and other performance objectives are met.
• Maintain accuracy of data and ensure compliance with sourcing requirements (based on client methodology and expectations).
• Ensure proactive and timely engagement with clients.
• Demonstrate proactivity in providing additional support, participating in extra activities, and contributing to projects.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a similar role (preferred).
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related sourcing category (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management, and influencing skills, with a solid customer-service orientation.
• Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices.
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• A delivery-focused sourcer and team player, confident in building their own profile and credibility.
• Previous experience working with Source-to-Contract tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Ivalua (preferred).
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
