Role Purpose:

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing Digital Sourcing Solutions to optimize sourcing and procurement processes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, IT, suppliers, and clients to identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and streamlining of sourcing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Digital Sourcing Solution Expert for multiple Digital Sourcing Solutions within Chain IQ Ecosystem, thought requirements engineering, design, build and implementation phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal, sourcing, and business teams, to understand Source to Contract needs and requirements
• Develop and execute the Digital Sourcing Solution strategy aligned with Chain IQ’s goals and objectives
• Involved in various client transition projects, process reengineering and change management as well as offering of the Chain IQ Multi Client Solution for Source to Contract Solutions and processes. Delivering S2C Training Framework for Chain IQ Clients, reviewing business process documentation as part of the Initiation and Planning Client Onboarding phases.
• Analyze and identify areas for process automation, standardization, and optimization for Source to Contract process.
• Support service and S2C product customization for clients in collaboration with Business Development and Sales.
• Ensure smooth deployment of Source to Contract process & solutions to new Clients, user training, and change management during the implementation phase.
• Support Transformation Program projects as requested.
• Lead the transition and onboarding of Chain IQ clients to the Sourcing Managed Service, RFP Analysis and Source to Contract

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Source to Contract processes in the outsourcing industry.
• Knowledge of Source to Contract and Procurement process
• Experience with Source to Contract systems and tools such as Ariba, Jaggaer, Archlet, Apadua.  Knowledge of digital procurement technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and innovations in procurement.
• Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Nice to have Project Management Certification or Lean Six Sigma Project related experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Training and support experience for end-users
• Negotiation and vendor management expertise.
