Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Expert to join the Real Estate & Logistics team - Fleet category. The Expert needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within the Fleet category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for fleet services, adapting to diverse business needs and requirements.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with legal experts and internal stakeholders to optimize service offerings and align with corporate goals.
• Apply expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness in fleet service engagements.
• Evaluate and select service providers based on quality, reliability, and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sourcing, with a strong background in marketing procurement and contract negotiations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
• Strong commercial acumen and expertise in negotiating and structuring complex deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in contract review and drafting, including NDAs, Master Agreements, and Statements of Work.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a hands-on approach.
